This is a woman who is the wife of a man I met who does Civil War Reenactments. She and her husband own a museum in Indiana and a lot of costumes and memorabilia from that time period. I wasnt sure I would be able to book something with them on such short notice but I did and it was a fun day of doing some pictures. This is one from about 90 I took that day. It was a hard choice and I just hope I chose the right one. I will put more in my portfolio later on.

This is so great! Congratulations on 7th place. I don't know what your other 89 look like, but its hard to imagine a more perfect one for this challenge than this. What a great idea!

I really like this!! You are probably getting dinged because she isn't 100, but I don't think that should have anything to do with it. This is beautiful! Good capture. 9

Very good! This is exactly what this challenge is about - I think. Not about old coins. I thought sharpness, very well defined detils may conflict with the idea, but not here. Yes, some well preserved coins do not convey oldeness even with date on them. This image does. Thanks.

This is a beautifully lit portrait, looking like a scene from a motion picture film, making for a great image. It's a bit cluttered yes, not that bad to distract from the model since the dominating window compliments her, and she is wearing very old clothes, but not sure whether any other of your subjects are 100 years old here including the curtains, chair. etc.

Bumped to an 8, good luck.

Beautifully recreated scene that embodies the atmosphere and character of that era extremely well. Lovely lighting and detail. The sepia conversion works really well for this image. 8

This is a nice reproduction of an old style scene, though I'm not sure technically if it meets the challenge, and while I definitely won't mark you down for that as I like what you've done, I'm sure others will.

Everything you have here works well, and it does feel quite authentic (apart from the sharp clear photo). The lighting is good and the details are clear, I'm not sure about the glass on the table though, feels like it's been forced into the shot as it's sitting right on the edge. If you really wanted to include the glass you could have pulled the table into the frame a little more.
