| This is such a beautiful sunset scene that I'm sure I've seen here before. The water flow and cloud formations are just fantastic! I like the single line border. My first 10 in this challenge. |

| incredible. this blew my entry COMPLETELY out of the water! i know this doesnt typically sound like a good thing, but i bet this gets top 200. the detail in the rocks is perfect, the waves are captured at just the right moment, and the sky is just sooooo freaking beautiful. excellent levels of saturation, you didnt over do it at all. my first 10 |

| This shot has many things that work for it. The colors are great,and I like how the rocks open up to the sea then streaks in the sky lead back to the sun. The rock in the middle looks out of focus, though and it really detracts from the overall quality of the shot. |

I'm hoping to leave comments on as many photo's in this challenge as possible... out of (currently) 1115 images, I gave 94 of them an 8. Your image was one of those 94, placing you well within the top 10% for this challenge.
Lots of sunset pics in this challenge, but this is one of my favourites.The lower sky has a lovely warm glow, the upper sky a completely contrasting deep blue. There is just enough foreground detail to keep some interest, the the water looks tempestuous. Nice shot.
Good luck for a strong finish in this challenge. |

| Nice shot, I like the exposure on the sky. The colours do seem a touch too saturated and the border is a little much for me, but you've captured the essence of what must have been a spectacular sight. |

| My gut reacton on this? Over processed sunset. Location is great and I like the composition but the land gets a little too dark and the colors look too overdone. Just back it off a bit. More natural. |

| The sky is very sharp, but the water and rocks are very blurry. I wish everything was in great focus, and the shy is rather over processed for my taste. |

| Good use of composition and natural elements to lead the eye through the frame to the focal point. I'm not sure why it's not captivating me more; perhaps it's the lack of a warm glow on the rocks or the way the water looks. Shutter not fast enough to get the sharp detail nor slow enough to make it silky; I guess the foreground looks a bit messy to me. |
