For the 1000th challenge, I decided to pick an image that had left some impression on me and which was quite dear to me. So, it was not difficult for me to pick this image.

It was last year that I was on my new found hobby which I now call as "Street Photo Walk". While meandering through the streets that I live, I chanced upon this person and the image/impression that I got in my mind was striking. He was sitting on the side of a temple. The lane is narrow and it is not a comfortable place to sit. Also I found a cycle parked right in front of him giving him a very narrow space to perch himself. He did not seem to mind this at all.

Only when I went near him did I realize that he was blind (or partially blind). So the space which appeared very narrow to us, did now have any meaning for him.

I decided to click few pictures of him, but the framing was difficult as there was not much space. After a moment I decided to shoot through the cycle and now this image has got an entirely new meaning for me.

So this is what I wanted to share!

Happy 1000th challenge to all!

~Love

Wonderful capture, great title. Only thing is I would prefer to see a bit more contrast/reduction in brightness maybe? In the knowledge that it could be that my monitor is a bit bright, I have ignored this minor detail. 9 (Just want you to know also, that I voted already yesterday, I am just doing comments right now)
