This mill, built in the late 1800's, used to mill grain. Several years ago, someone bought the place and put on new siding, and changed it from a grain mill to now generate electricity. Water flows over / and turns a wheel on a shaft (just like it did for milling grain), and the rotating shaft turns an electric generator. The river is very high, with flooding in the area, so the white water against the cedar siding is nice.

Too many trees are distracting from the main focal point.

The tree's in the frame do not do this picture any justice.

Much to busy with the branches, but a good idea.

Liked the texture of the boards on the mill. Would have liked to see more detail on the nearest side of the mill.

A very pretty structure, but a bit too obscured by the trees I think.

Colors come of a little flat, but that may be intentional. Nice pleasing scene, however.
