this is an amazing shot with the colors and clarity. only negative might be possibly a little too tightly cropped. but heh still so nice.

This is great, it almost looks like a scene from a movie. I love the balance, and the centering on the lights and the man [he looks like a spy]

Great job. I love the touches like the hat pushed back and the papers blown against the booth - it gives a kind of forlorn look to it - stranded in the rain or something along those lines.
