 From RAW:

HDRI composite generated in Photomatix Pro from 4 variations of a single exposure, very mild HDRI.

Exported to CS3, Topaz Adjust Clarify layer created and masked to bring some detail up on the beach lower right.

Hue/Sat slight tweaks, Selective Color to adjust the bright line on horizon. Not happy with that area but best I came up with.

Resize to 200% of final, Adamus Sharpening, resize again, border, save for web.

Overprocessed IMHO, colors are good, but sometimes too overpowering.
