My first thought was wow they must have been running but then I saw the title and yes I guess they would be running lol.
Very nice use of the curves of the stairs coupled with the motion blur to give a great feel, shame about that notice board but nothing you could do about that eh

Nice perspective and great use of motion blur. The fact that it's not immediately clear how many subjects there are, makes the shot very interesting to look at for a long time. That's the main quality of a great picture!
