 OK, not quite what I actually planned to submit for this challenge. As in most cases it never really quite goes to plan.

Happy with this shot , but a couple of flaws. The wing tip and the bird's claws are not perfectly sharp

Well hoping for another 6 , let's see what the voters think.

More a image of lighting than a creative use of lighting. It's hard to rate this because of it's nature. It might have been a better approach to find a subject and then use the lighting to create the image rather than of the light itself.

Stunning. LOVE this. Excellent capture, and fabulous detail on the wing feathers - even the pointed toes!! Wonderful sky too.
