 This was taken a bit down the street from where I live. Miles and miles of nothin'...I love it! BTW, the tire hanging on the fence is a 'no trespassing sign' like this one

Incredible! I LOVE Southwest skies. And to respond to kelli's remark - "Such a bizarre sign to hang in the middle of nowhere!" - while this may look uninhabitable to you and me, down some barely passable two rut road there's a hogan and a trailer and a way of life that's been going on for centuries.

Such a bizarre sign to hang in the middle of nowhere! LOL! Wonderful scenery, great sky, and fabulous use of overlay to age it!

This is a beautiful scene, and the processing give it an old postcard feel... or perhaps, it's more like a picture you might find on the wall of a road side diner that you'd find as you drove across the country.

Wow! love those impressive desert skies. The tire is perfect, in there with the irregular 'natural' fence posts. Go figure. A 'No Trespassing' sign in the middle of Nowhere.

This has such a vastness and the layering just makes the texture bring more depth and interest. This is really beautiful. I can see this on the cover of a book about the desert. WOW
