A phrase I really like and one that is very inspirational.
However, the lighting of this doesn't really seem to work for me. I like the idea of what you have done, yet the end product for me is that the plant in the water looks fake, and like it was introduced later. I feel it is too bright, and the lighting needed to be much more subtle to pull this off and make an effective overall impression

a little more contrast in the sky might be nice

I like the sky. I guess that is something growing in the water and the long exposure blurred its reflection? I'm unsure because I can't make out too much detail right there. Nice use of the foreground.

I think there was only one St. Clement, and I think he was in Alexandria.

The plant is a bet over exposed to me,
Also not sure if the picture is a bet noisy. I like the composition, I'd do it either by sunset or sunrise.

This is of course my humble opinion, I hope my comment is taken in a positive way, all the best, 6

In my belief there are more things that contribute for a great motivational/de-motivational poster:
Idea/creativity:5
Quality of the photo:10
Artistic viewpoint:10
Frame/borders:10
Appealence of the font:1 I really don't like how you have played with different type of fonts...maybe if the first two sentences were the only ones it would be more appealling
