 Lizard came from my back yard and building layer from CG Textures.
Workflow:
1.Lizard Layer and Building Layer - Blending Mode: multiply
2. Color Efex Pro 3.0 Complete - High Key on Lizard layer only
3. Brushed Lizard at 48% opacity on Building Layer
4. Flatten Image
5. Topaz Sharpen - Sharpness: 1.2, Radius: 1, Edge Crispness: 2, Noise Threshold: 1

My oh my, what a wonderful study in textures. I love the repeitition of turqoises and browns in your background and in your main subject.
