 Thought I'd try something new, so here is my first submission with Topaz Adjust.
There was a little mossy patch in my grass so I figured that would look more like tall grass from far away. I trimmed the forground grass real short and positioned the men up front to give the appearance (I hope),that they were higher up as in taking the hill. Stuck some cedar branches and some dead tree branches in the ground for mini trees.

I like the idea, but the shot seems a snap. Comes of as very busy and nothing really stands out from the grass. I suppose that's really the point of camouflage, after all.

This is a good idea... but it seems a bit busy. Perhaps if you'd taken the shot with the tanks and men on a 'hill' and the background would be less obtrusive? Not voting.
