How De-Motivating. This was a process stage where I hadn't finished they type. It was submitted by mistake, and I didn't notice till after submission.

This was what I meant to submit. The Idiotic random Capital Letters being Key to the Typography of Motivational Posters.

Great photo! I just walked out of my job in a recession. The reason? your photo says it all! I think the spelling mistake is quite relevant - look at the beam in your own eye before casting out the mote in another's - oops that doesn't apply to senior management teams very often.

LOL - the typo just proves the point. (but I would have transposed the "weak" & "link.")
In any event, congratuations, you're on a roll.
Keep 'em coming.

ETA: Did I say - super photograph, by the way.

Congrats on your ribbon! I didn't even notice the spelling mistake (and they usually jump out at me). I guess because your photo was so good!

As an airline pilot for a major (screwed up) airline, this speaks volumes to me! Not only that, but it's technically perfect and very artistic. 10
