 My wife made this nice pie. Taste very well with whipped cream, but I used sugar here.

My mom is a huge fan of rhubarb pie. But I'm used to it having a bit more red in it. Perhaps it's a difference in the type of rhubarb? The crust looks very fancy and very good, and I think the sugar was a good choice for the photograph. Hard to keep whipped cream looking good while you shoot!

Now I'm hungry. I think crème fraiche would go down nicely on that...

Very nice definition on the pastry and sugar - could maybe use a little catch light/reflection on the juicy bits...
