 Leuven, Belgium, in the Great Beguinage. This complex was founded in the 13th C. and today comprises over 1,000 houses and a church; earlier it encompassed a hospital and a farmhouse.
It's also a part of the Unesco world heritage.
3 sec exposure with tripod. Iso 2000 (for a f/20 aperture)
Much postprocessing including raw conversion, tonal contrast, color's balance and tuning, burning and dodging.

To much glare from the light IMO...but this looks like quite the interesting place to photography

I love compositions like this, with lamp-posts serving as a compliment to an old neighborhood or manor, shame the over blown light distracts a bit, but still a pretty urban scape 6
