Where does one find a lorikeet in Northeast Arkansas,USA... ahh... I see from the location info, it was at a zoo in Ohio... anyway...
Great colour and clarity in this image... and DOF is brilliant. Where the shot suffers is in the composition and crop. That blade of grass that goes from the bottom right to right in front of the birds head... a killer. Also, cropping the birds tail... ouch! Final negative is the blurry colourful thing in the background... lose these three things, and you would have been laughing. Though... still think you may have had a lot of pedants making you down for not being above the subject enough... perhaps. |
