Thanks for all of the great comments. I couldn't believe this went from 6th to 3rd. Really hated to see the other great shots DQ'd.

This is a portion of a large man-made waterfall and pond at a local office park. The crop was driven largely by trying to cut out the accent lighting. One fixture is still visible at the base of the trees on the right. I agree that showing more to the left of the falls would flow better, but there was an accent light in plain view on the left side that could not be removed in basic editing.

Late congrats on the late ribbon! Beautifully shot, and very fitting title. Maybe panned a little to the left would be good IMHO because of the water going into the shot rather than out of it and from the little we can see the rocks may look better than the grass. On the other hand maybe there were other structures on the left..

A great long exposure of the waterfall. however a little more room at the top of the image I think would ahve balanced it better (just showing the green trees) as the top of the water fall i feel is too close to the tiop of the image at the moment

Looks manufactured in a way, as if this is someones back yard waterfall, so it takes away from the geology of the shot. Nice shot nonetheless.
