| Great detail. Don't care a lot for the shadows. If the brightest light had fallen square on the eye it would be a little more striking. Good shot, anyway. |

Oooooo.....
Note that when i start my comments with an "oooooo" that's usually a very good thing.
This is just perfect. Detail is just right, no oversharpening as i'm seeing in many entries. Just right. The beak could be just a tad sharper but i know that frustration with birds, its either the eyes or the beak. This deserves a 9 from me. |
