 This shot is captured at the same location as myqyl's Red ribbon shot

This is the main skylight in Millenia Walk , a shopping mall in Singapore. Decided go for a different crop vs a square crop. Honestly it could have been better if allowed to edit in advanced more.

I don't know about everyone else, but on my monitor, as I gaze at the central skylight, the picture seems to be moving towards me. Freaky cool. What a great and active picture.

You nailed the theme here. I like the squares and lighting. Moving the white square (skylight?) left of right might be a nice perspective too.

I really like the grid pattern and symmetry here. However, straight lines, especially those near the borders of a photograph are very difficult to get straight. A lot of care needs to be taken when positioning the camera for these types of photos and it's not easy. Too bad you cannot use Photoshop's transform tool in basic editting challenges. With a quick fix, this photo can look perfect.

Beautiful geometry, beautiful perspective! I wish that you had rotated it a little bit such that the squares edges were parallel to the sides of the frame. Nice image.

OK again this is the same thing that took second place I think it was on the last SQUARE challenge. 2nd one in this one. Messes with my eyes. I do like that you didn't center the sky light.

I'm not sure if you are really trying to copy the Ribbon shot from the previous "squares" challenge, but it's very close. The lines in this shot have to be dead on for it to work....so this picture needs to be rotated and you needed to position yourself directly under the skylight itself.
