Really nicely processed, the focus on the left eye is good, and I like the high key skin. Not sure about the out of focus right eye though, I may prefer this in a tighter crop showing just the one eye. Either way, great photo. 8

Nice shot, though I think it would have been nicer to maintain some of the skin tones rather than go for the B&W. The ribbon is well positioned in the eye, but the large white area "behind" it in the reflection detracts from it.
