The HDR may be over done, but I think it looks great. I wish the world looked like that....

I love it, and would hang it on my wall if it was a print.

In what country was this picture taken? I can't really see what stands under the EU-stars. I'm curious.

What a high scoring challenge. Was hoping you'd have placed higher. Congrats on top ten though!

It's an interesting image that tells a story. I like many elements here: the roof, the furnace, the cart, the fence on left, the hut's walls, the tire atop the clay shingles pile and, last, what makes it the most: the posing lady, who seems happy despite the humble circunstances. Nice work.
I just don't like your interpretation and find unfair - and a bit judgemental & depreciative - the title you gave. (Well, I might sound judgemental here too, but that`s a prerrogative I won`t waive... :-) )

There is likely more to the title then listed on the comments about it. Maybe this lady told him she was a witch. I am sure there are people out there practicing some sort of witchcraft that are friendy. I don't know any personally, but find your comment funny.

ok, you probably have gotten "over-processed" comments, but I'm liking the overprocessed look here! Slight thing, it looks tilted. I think I would have straightened on the bottom, back part of the house, instead of the roofline... ?

I don't like the selective desaturation of the sky, or the replacement of the sky. The scene is unique. I think a zoom and crop may have helped.

not often one gets extreme HDR with a sky that actually looks like it belongs in the picture... nice. Rest of the photo pretty damn good too.

This is one of the shots that has been taken to an HDR extreme that should be held up as an example to the others. Certainly over the top, but also very well done, without detail being obscured by the techniques used. Hope you left some notes about how you processed it.
