 Kind of last minute. Found these guys pastured just when I happened to have the camera...

No crop, convert to bw, some light and dark fiddling, usm.

No idea how this will do - certainly not a ribboner - more of a vague idea than a voluptuous display of photographic virtue.

Love the composition. From her expression, I think the horse may be munching on really exquisite sushi, or maybe some black butterfly roquefort? That their mouths are missing makes this more interesting, imho. The pale shades appeal to me too - I wonder about going really pale, turning them into whispers.
