This is the same waterfall as my last entry, and similar to Neil's shot, but I saved this one for Advanced editing and 720px.

The tree was backlit by the sun, and I had to go through some tricky contortions to get this composition. My tripod was set extremely low on the foreground boulder, and I was rock climbing precariously on the back side to get behind the camera. Oh, and it was snowing at the time. :-/

Those trees are so beautiful. Here, we don't really get any look of autumn much til December. I love the emerald green of the pool.

Nice picturesque scene. It is a little dominated by the leaves in the upper half due to their strong colour, and it definitely draws focus away from the falls themselves.

I like the fact that you have a real sense of motion in the water without going over the top on the long exposure and ending up with the overdone soft smokey feel.

I like the balance in this image; the softness of the leaves on top, the hardscape of the rocks on the bottom, and the main subject of the falls in the middle. Well done image.
