 Simple recipe

250 gr. ricotta (some Italian cheese)
2 eggs
1 1/2 spoon of custard
100 gr. sugar
125 gr. blueberries
4 spoons of blueberry jam
1/2 spoon of balsamic vinegar

Heat the oven (175C). Mix the ricotta, the eggs, the custard and the sugar. Put some blueberries on the bottom of the bowls. Add the mix. Add the jam, mixed with the vinegar. Put it for 30 minutes in the oven.

Have a good meal!
