P"s
Why don't u tell Melethia the truth?
that if she tried to take pictures with a (broken) Minolta DiMAGE 7i that can only shot 5 pictures before the batteries run out, half of her pictures will come like that if she want's to or not.

WOW that is fabulous. So sorry it didn't do better for you. Reminds me of a rock band album cover from the 70's.

Make a great print. Got a 7 from me but I would vote higher if I had another chance.

this one was quite easy
put glasses on one side of plastic sheet
my face on the other side no special lights
all natural

Extraordinary image, got a 10 from me. I'm not surprised it failed in the challenge, but oh boy, what an image :-)

This is huge !
One of my fav too, this should be in top 5.
But how did you do this?

If DPC used a jury selection to determine winners instead of popular vote, you would have more ribbons than Irene.

Wow, this one made me stop and stare LOL. Very artsy and creative! Is it doing well with DPC voters? I hope so! If not score wise, then perhaps, an outside award??? :) 9 and a fave from me. :)

This looks like another cutout classic. This is brilliant.

I hope this does well. This shot deserves to be blown up , framed and seen . As all art should. It is brilliant
I love the movement between light and dark, anchored by the quirky glasses
I love the textures and the duotones. I love the detail in the forehead and lack of detail everywhere.
This shot is very inspiring for me. This is the kind of work I want to do when I grow up :D
Awesome

Freakin' awesome. I suspect cutout? I know you generally don't share your "how I did this" but I would love to know how you did this. (Commenting drive-by only.)

You must tell us how you did that (in particular, the part where you convinced George Harrison to join in)

Absolutely stunning photograph. Love the grimy feel and the air of mystery to it. The psychedelic cut-out glasses are a fantastic touch. Lennon at 60. I'm grabbing this as a fave and it's my pick for the Blue. 10.

I've spent some time looking at this one, very unique and interesting. Some of the shadows and highlights really help make this work well as a centered composition. Nicely done!
