| Definitely a country's spirit, but seems to lack something to make this image more interesting--probably the composition but not sure. |

| Love the colors, sharpness and light! Great choice to depict London! Maybe a straight framing would be better to show the british formality, but the tilted option is nice too! |

| This is really sharp, I would have missed it if I had not seen it the second time! Also fits the challenge really well! Would have loved to see a little more play with curves in photoshop but I am just being picky! bumping up to 8 |

| Big Ben is definitely an iconic symbol of England. The color and clarity of the shot is wonderful. I like how you give us a sense of this towering monument by the angle that seemingly makes it shoot up to the sky. It makes me think that I am looking up to view the clock tower's majesty. It really gives the static shot a sense of height. |

| Big Ben sure is something that we identify with England but does it define the spirit? I think so, it's been a cornerstone of England for many years, something the English rely on in a history that has been full of upheaval. Well done. |
