We were so close to these planes landing you could feel the wind they were dragging. I hope airport security will get over the fact that I drove out on to the runway...Jeez I had to get the shot!!

I know ..where is the train... use your imagination.. The girl is singing about a train.

Hope you like

LOL! In all the times I've visited your portfolio, I have somehow missed this gem. Delightful! Love the way you think.

What a wonderful shot! I just found it as a thumbnail in a discussion forum. Your daughter is lovely. This is so fun (and nostalgic - love the VW vanagon).

Leavin'.... On a Jet Plane
Don't know when I'll be back again...

I can just hear her singing this song.

Outstanding.
Congrats on the win.
The girl should be very proud as well. She is obviously very patient with you and your hobby.

Was this picture taken at the Lester B Person Airport in Mississauga? I know the airport pretty well, and I know that the entire perimeter is fenced off. How'd you find a way in?
Fabulous Shot.

Great shot and congrats on your placing second.

Doesn't bode much for Pearson's security if you were able to get inside airport property like that on a non-airport business function. Or were you on one of the service roads that go out to the cargo sheds and such? From a dude who spends lots of time at airports, hope you don't get your knuckles rapped.

if shes a hippie for real, a bit more leg might be appropriate.

Erm, interesting view. :-)

Seriously though, I love the POV and the framing. Looking at the nice legs is just an added bonus. Great photo and great layout work... good job!

excellent entry, too bad it is a little bright along the left side, I can hear your subject singing the old PP&M song

Awesome! But I didn't know there were hippies in Canada. Extra point for the skirt. Seems like there could have been a better angle to eliminate the sun wash and my mind wants to close that door.

this is a good one. the whole hippy thing with the jet flying over is inspired - what on earth made you conjure this up in your head is intriguing. the lighting is very striking, though it's a pity you weren't a little more to the left to give the minibus a less straight on profile. 9.

Very funny shot, well posed and composed Great work on the expression of the model while perching on that tire. A bit more light filling in the front of the van and the model would have helped balance out the strong back light. Top 3

Excellent. I know you would lose detail resizing down a larger pic, but I would have like to see a not so tight crop on the bottom and right side of this pic. Excellent Job, I like the setup. High Marks.

Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. As an owner of one of these wonderful buses, even more awesome. I just love the whole thing. Great whimsical quality with a bit of humour. Great model. Awesome capture with the plane going over head. What's that song -- leavig on a jet plane. Kind of reminds me of that one. Great composition! If you don't win a ribbon I'll be surprised. 10

I don't know how you got this one but I like it very much. The lighting is great. It is all in sharp focus. And the composition is interesting and causes me to wonder - how - what - where?

This is a brilliant idea very nicely executed. In an ideal world, it might have been better with a bit more light on the front of the van and the model. I had a little play with ADOBE PS CS image/adjustments/shadow/highlight but maybe yours is better. . . My highest score anyway!

Hello, it that Jewel? Right, hey...a very clean shot...must have takeing some time to put it all together and well thought out...Nicely done! Oh btw, be sure to check for flaws in the objects that you shoot....Her knickers are showing....leave it up to a man to point that out...:) However, just something to check before shooting...Good luck...
