Here is my personal scoring scale with 2 points each. The idea behind is to justify the score I gave. You have all right not to agree with it. This is just my personal opinion with whatever little photography knowledge I have. Hope it helps.

I'm wondering why there are waves in the motion blur. Could it be that this was done with a slow movement of the hammer coming down? Nice setup and execution.

The dynamics are excellent with the motion blur. My only quibble is that the hammer appears to be passing behind the nail rather than hitting it.
