The day was very dull. I liked the composition presented by the track leading to the pylon. I created two layers for ground and sky/pylon/treeline, removing colour from both but inverting the sky layer. Then I applied the same sepia photo-filter to both parts ... and blurred the join. This process makes the pylon a stronger feature in the image.

Oh wow. Such creative pp. I cannot believe the detail preserved in the negative image, especially the trees and the delicate but prominent power lines. My fave so far.

Not keen on the negative effect but thats just my artistic opinion and fact is this is a beautifully composed and nicely taken shot
