 Captured this wonderful old man in Chinatown.

What a great way to start the New Year. Thank to all the voters , you all made my day. Tremendously happy that this shot did so well , normally portraits are not my favourite genre. Anyway my 2010 resolution for DPC is to have more people type entries and win a ribbon with a portrait of a pretty model. lol!!

I was more than satisfied with the last position . I am not sure if I can call this a bonus , The former 3rd place shot was excellent !! dramatic & potrayed the theme of the challenge really well.
Anyway , thanks for all the compliments I am definitely happy that I have got a potrait that could do really well.
Now I have to stop finding old men & look for a pretty model to do a nice glamour / fashion shot ........

Congrats on a stunning portrait. His whole life seems to be written all over his face. Def 1 in 7B + an old man at that. You nailed it in two challenges which further testifies to how well you captured the emotions of this human being
