 The 'culprit' swan charged a pair of swans performing a mating dance. They chased it round and round until coming in for landing (pictured here). The two angry swans attack the culprit swan as they head in for landing on the lake in the National Elk Refuge near Jackson, Wyoming.

It's a little hard to make out the subjects from their reflection, but I guess that's the beauty of it. Nice one.

Things I like: The light shining through the wings, the moment you captured with incredible clarity, the excellent reflection, the fact that you didn't spoil this whole image with a black frame or an inane title. This is one of those images that makes me wonder how it would look in BW. 8

Good action shot, nice reflections. Good backlighting in the wings but would like to see this from a different angle so there was more light on the front of the birds.
