Greetings from the Critique Club.
First impressions are that the colours are nice and vivid and there is a lot of detail showing through. I also notice the tilt.
Technically this is ok. The colours, while vivid, are a little unnatural. That's Topaz for you. The POV has put the buildings on a slant and that is one of the first things I thought when I saw the shot. A rotate may have solved it. It's best to try not to have something like that be what people think on first impression as that's what will stick in their mind and they will vote accordingly.
Artistically this doesn't say much. It shows good detail in the building but thats it. I'm also not sure if it meets the challenge that well.
In summary an ok shot that scored around the right range IMO.
Feel free to PM me if you have any queries.
