My guy who is 50/50 California Native American and Irish American embraces the first half respectfully.

This is a take off from Magritte's Son of Man, you know, the business suit and bowler hat with an apple obscuring his face.
I thought it was suppose to be a comment on how the average man's individuality is lost in the business world, but Magritte didn't seem to have much to say about it other than It is suppose to make you think. Same here, but about the peace/Earth loving and Native Americans now blended into our consumerism and how even 'being green' is becoming commercialized and faceless. yadaya and just generally messing around n another excuse to run around in the massive field of mustard flowers in our 'backyard'.

That's a woven medicine bag hanging around his neck.

I can't believe this didn't come in as a 6+! Maybe the quirky aspect didn't suit some people.

Different! Is he wearing an easter egg necklace? And what's with the inverted peace sign? lol Fun!

One of those things that makes me say "WTF?" but I like it

Would have been nicer if you found an angle/pov with the flowers filling the frame but great quirky shot.

I love this one! The flower in front of the face is the perfect quirky touch. Something like this could make a good album cover.

What a fun shot! Very strong colors, depth, composition, and whimsical subject. I feel that there is a slight green cast which reduces the visual impact, but this should finish in the top 10.

Very strange :) Really don't think I get it - sunflower on his face, but he's in a field of canola?

Wonderful! Really like this very much, especially the contrasting colours. Dont think it would work as well without the placement of the flower on the face.
