I don't like the cold. Except for the beautiful things it makes.

I gave this an 8, which makes it one of my top scores in this challenge. The bleak & angular sweep of it is breathtaking, the blue toning is an inspired choice. Well done!

I like the cold tones selected here. The sky looks a little funky in spots, like there was some post editing that didn't quite smooth out.

Looks like a post-apocalyptic scene.

could've been such a great shot, but now it looks way overprocessed with coldtones.

I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.

Positives: I like this I really do, it seems to be perfectly composed and has a crafted feel as a consequence. I love the way the eye is led to the city in the distance and the way I wonder where you were standing when you shot it. The coloration works really well too.

Critical stuff: The horizon seems to tip up to the left.

Overall: Great image - is just as likely to be well received by the mainstream audience as those who enjoy the more unusual perspectives.
