to all the smart ones who didn't think the picture qualify as a landscape.
first I looked at the Oxford dictionary: "Landscape - all the visible features of an area of land"
second my guess is that at least 90% of dpc members don't wake up looking at the Tag Mahal, the pyramids, or the Himalayas.
most of us open the window and see the street below (or near by), the traffic lights, people crossing, the landscape that surrounds us.
Whatever
Thanks for the comments

More pixels of the land than all three DPC ribbon winners combined. Anyway, congrats on your ribbon.

I really liked this. Sorry it didn't score higher.

Ridiculously poor score for this wildly off-the-wall take on the challenge. I was one of your 10's, for what that's worth.

I love how you somehow turned street painting into a child's art. You get my Posthumous Yellow Ribbon.

This is a very interesting take on the landscape theme and definitely not conventional. I love the graphical arrows on black, and of course, the person walking makes the shot! Great vision...

(12/38) I guess it's land, so that makes it a landscape? Great concept -- probably not the best fit for the challenge though.

I feel like your subject is not really a landscape. If I could see just a little sky or surrounding area but still have the road take up the majority and be the focal point.

Interesting. I am loosing perspective while looking at this. Are those arrows really so big? or is that figure far far away? (not voting)
