Date Uploaded: Apr 27, 2010

 One strobe with a snoot bounced of the white background. Hand held for first part. Open shutter in dark. Glass on a stick with water tilted up. Flip it down and fire flash. Flip camera 180 and put in pre positioned tripod. Refill glass with blue water, flip down and fire flash again. Close shutter. About 50 tries.

This shot is the greatest idea of this challange. Maybe you did use wine instead of blue water, you could do better. Blue ribbon goes to you, from my heart ofcourse =).

I like this shot; highly creative. I personally couldn't think of a way to improve on this. Maybe just the clarity but its hard to tell on something transparent. 9

this is really good only thing the part where the drinks merge is kind not edited so well but the picture is really good

Looks nice, must have been frustrating to do it over and over again. I just wish there were no blue specks in the lower half of the image.

Wow! It took me a while to see how this could be possible without image editing. Great light. Cool merging between the 2 liquids.
