Photograph Information Photographer's Comments
Challenge: Camera Bag (Advanced Editing VII)
Camera: Canon EOS-5D Mark II
Lens: Peleng 8mm f/3.5 Fisheye MC In M42 Mount
Location: Canterbury, United Kingdom
Date: May 16, 2010
Aperture: 11
ISO: 800
Shutter: 0.4
Galleries: Portraiture, Architecture
Date Uploaded: May 16, 2010

Not happy with the low image quality. High ISO, diffraction and the Peleng itself together doesn't work so well. Also wish I could clone out the flash card in the upper right corner but I think that would be borderline illegal so I'll err on the safe side.

Great perspective on this shot! It gives the viewer a view of the inside looking out; and unusual view that instantly grabs the attention. Love how you captured the photographer in a state of action and readiness. He is looking off at something in the distance; he has spotted his subject and very much a scene we can all relate to is quickly grabbing his camera so he can take the shot. And kudos on getting a really cool and interesting backdrop. The archetecture of the cathedral is adds further visual interest.

Great idea and execution! I think some selective sharpening on the mid and background would have helped to add interest.
