I have a feeling this one is going to get hammered.

Been playing around with blurry trees a lot lately, thought this might be a good challenge to throw one out there and see how it does. Handheld motion blur, spiced up a bit in Topaz. Don't love the truck in the background that's not all the way blurred, but really liked how the texture on the tree turned out so went with it anyway just to see what kind of response it gets. Hope you like.

(I know there will be a lot of low votes of the DNMC variety on this one, but you can miss focus in a lot of ways -- not just by pointing your AF at the wrong thing. Camera shake and a slow shutter speed is a tried and true method of missing the focus on your shot. Try it some time, you might like it!)

Looks like a camera movement technique to me. If there is use of an out of focus technique here, I am unable to see it.
