Looks like Ursula's work to me - fairyesque, perfect focus/DOF, soothing tones, and superb composition.

I really like the near-infinite miniature worlds that can be explored with shallow DOF macro shots, and there's a lot of good stuff going on here. That being said, I find it odd that the plane in focus is so close to the bottom center of the image. This composition feels bottom-heavy, and the lack of any sharp focus in the roughly 3/4 of the image to the top and right makes the whole thing feel rather static.

Reminiscent of some of ursula's finest work. My only nit is that it seems slightly chopped off at the bottom.
