I asked the site council about the legality of using the Glass filter to give an underwater feel, and not surprisingly, it wasn't allowed. It's too bad, I think I could have done much better with the filter applied.
I also could have tried to find a piece of glass to put between the camera and myself, but I didn't have anything available during the challenge.
