First Time Ive used Nikon's Noise reduction for this, and I'm really impressed. Ive done this a few times now & I'll admit Im getting better at understanding whats going on inside the camera. So its very much winter here which helps the camera not to over heat & get bad purple fringing. My framing is better as I used a stupid high ISO to check the framing first, & Ive learnt to check the moonrise to eliminate the unwanted light. This time I learnt that 50km odd from a small city isn't enough. The cloud on the horizon is still lit up by it.

This is really great. I have rarely seen such a clear display of red and blue shifts in stars. It really enhances the 3D 'tunnel effect' on your star trail circle.

I don't think that the city lights worked against you at all in this pic.

Great sky capture, and I like the silhouetted landscape framing here.

Incredible star trails, the soft colours in the sky/lake really add to this shot.

nicely done. One of what, 3 astrophotos in this challenge? I didn't see it in time to take a crack at it, not that the weather would've cooperated anyway.

Would've gotten extra points if you could've incorporated a reflection of the stars in the water (assuming the water was still enough)

Very solid scene. I like how the clouds add some layers to the photo.
