 A cherry and the seed inside. A variant of one of the macro photos I made this month. I like making photos of food, so I guess this is a kind of self portrait.

I disagree. The pit is essential to this image as a self portrait. The cherry alone has too many sexual connotations. The pit cancels those connotations and adds interpretive depth to the image. I really like it.
