 put paper in front of cat, crop, reduce noise, gradient map to black and white, invert, curves, selective color to colorize, photo filter to yellow it even more, resize, gaussian blur.

not sure where you're going with this, though the dark blurs at the bottom do have a bit of an idustrial silhouette about them... 3
