Honestly, I am expecting to be hammered.
I like this shot a lot, but I think that abstracts, moreover very minimal ones, do not score well on DPC.
Well, too bad for my average! From time to time, I think it is not a bad thing to submit work that one like, despite the lack of audience for it.

Edit: Thanks all for the nice votes and comments! I'm glad some enjoyed this photo, despite its abstract content.

This is really, really good. Funny thing, I'm on my laptop and I can't see the titles unless I scroll down, and it's a good thing I did just that because I was holding my breath the whole time staring at this photo... Breathe (oh yeah)

Minimalism refers to painting. Many have chosen to mimic painting in order to achieve it. You have taken the very interesting approach of creating a photographic equivalent of Minimalism. The pressure point on a membrane creates a three dimensional light effect that is exceedingly "photographic" in style, but still Minimalist. It is what I would call three-dimensional Minimalism, or rather a Minimalist third dimension, i.e. the two dimensions of the photograph disturbed only slightly. The Minimalism exists purely in the disturbance.

So much impact for so little content. A winner by me.

I would have cropped a few pixels from the bottom but this is breath...taking lol. This is what the challenge is about for me - minimalist yet substantial. You get my personal blue. 9

I've seen something like this before with the exact same title. 1x.com maybe? Nice recreation.

I studied this for quite a while & I think you nailed this challenge. Brilliant use of tonal gradient gives this depth. I'm tempted to pay $5 just so I can vote a 10. I hope your voters appreciate this.
