Second Niall's comment - this is a conceptually strong photo and makes a welcome jab at the epidemic of infuriating phone trees. (A lot of them you can just pound 9, 0, or # to get to a real person, but that doesn't always work... and even more than traditional ones, I can't stand the ones that require you to speak phrases to a robot.) Anyway, congrats on top ten!

Modern operators can be automated. I thought it was a great idea of a take on the challenge, and scored it appropriately.

Nice lighting in this image. IMO I would tone down the yellowish hue on the light coming from the right. Great entry, and good luck :-)

Nice and clean asa stock photo should be, good exposure, although possibly a little too "smooth". Still, one of the better photos in the challenge.

Good thought. Nice cleanliness and sharpness tot he photo. I think if the speaker were more of something like a recording device, this would make even more sense.
