Yep, too darn bad that all those people had the nads to state opinions of the shot - even stating them in a respectful way. Yep, they deserve all the bad things you say about them - haters, biased, they are in a little box, enjoying shitting on images, etc., etc... and all those other baseless assumptions you can think of.

Now why again is it that less and less people are leaving comments?

Hey I call it like I see it. Much like all those other comments you reference. Seems to me that makes us both hypocrites, don't you think? And following your line of reason all opinions are baseless. (See! Another opinion!)

Regarding your passive aggressive rhetorical question "Now why again is it that less and less people are leaving comments?" I will answer even though I know you believe it was comments like mine. As been hashed to death in the forums, the replies from the photog to the commenter would be the reason. But hell I'll be your huckleberry!

Now, for the sake of Sir Leroy's image, if you feel the need to continue this inane blast feel free to PM me.

PEACE!

That's definitely what out of the box will get ya 'round here, lol! OK, so it's not totally what the challenge called for, but as has already been mentioned...one of the nicest brown ribbon winners ever. LOL! Welcome back, Leroy!

Holy cow, what a super shot. I can't for the life of me see how this came in last. Had I voted you'd have at least one 10.
Simply beautiful. I wonder how many of the under 6 voters can produce a photo as good as this.

Saw this thread.
I was one of your 6's...haha, a guy thing I guess... sex sells:)
Challenge theme aside, I like the lighting and the bit of motion blur.

I took a risk I knew wasn't going to be a popular one, kinda fits my style.

to me the skyscape is totally missed in this...your subject is the girl...not the sky...

Nice photo, but the sky is hardly the main subject. Or is it?

The sky is hardly the subject of this shot.

Nice photo, but the sky is definitely not the subject here.

It's a really nice picture, but it's not skyscape. She looks a bit copy pasted in the picture, but I guess it's the flash.
Want to give it a higher point, but I can't. Sorry.

Her name is Sky ?

The sky is not the major focus

Your sky is clouded by distracting elements...

This is such a strange image to me. The flash on the model makes it look like she was superimposed on the background. She is almost 3-d while the rest of the image is a bit flat.

Girl seems to be more the subject than the sky IMO... great capture of her by the way but she is blocking the skyscape :)

Can't help feeling this is a photo of a model rather than a photo of the sky - the sky seems to be the supporting feature in this. In my opinion this would be a much better shot without the model, and would also meet the challenge more. Therefore I'm knocking a point off for my perceived DNMC.

love the shot, pretty model. But I think the model is the subject and not the sky

Whilst a nice shot, I see the woman as the main subject with the sky as a supporting role, opposite to the challenge brief. I am therfore knocking a point off for my perception that this DNMC.
