 The Art School at the University I work at is currently celebrating its 125th year. These suspended items are part of an exhibit. In actuality, it looks nothing like this, it's in a bright white room and the hanging elements are light. The overall look is bright and fresh.

your title is very catchy and ads more sense to the image, but I guess most voters just skipped the title and gave it a harsh vote. But not considering the title, the image is little bit crowded, maybe concentrating on only one window and exhibit would have been better.
