Very pleased with this finish!

People have commented on the lighting. This was (as Leo has ascertained) a single light set-up. A singe softbox lying on the floor camera left - pointing slightly upward as it would because of its shape.

This is the third picture I have offered of Raphaella - High Key, Portrait with Chair and this one. I like how she looks completely different on each.

I never got the chance to comment during voting. This was one of my ribbon choices. I gave this a 9. Still a strong finish, so congrats for that. Raphaella is drop-dead gorgeous and you have captured her beautifully. I didn't even notice this was a model you had used before so just went back to check the other entries. Sure enough, all 3 look completely different. I gave the other two a 10 and an 8, so clearly you and her have something good going on! LOL. On reflection though, although I scored this one in the middle, it's my favourite of the 3!

Captivating! NIce use of 1 light and the toning is spot on. BTW this landscape is much more appealing than the front runners :)

Very crisp portrait. POV from above?, like to perspective. Really like the lighting effect, along with the pose, gives this a sensual and alluring quality. Great eye contact and nice catch lights.

Beautiful lighting and pp!!!! LOVE her skin

I'm taking a studio lighting class right now, and I'm trying to diagnose images I really like. Let's see if I got it right:

The key light is camera right, low
fill light camera left, low
fill/hair light (or bounce) behind her over her hips

Hope you let me know how I did after roll over.
