Looking at my savings portfolio. Just terrible even while following 4 legged stool of security which is; the Social Security, employer retirement plans, home equity and work.

Excellent job on the lighting.

I like the idea. The light is nice, but you could make it better by using a light behind the subject to his right (image left) to separate him from the background. You could also use curves to brighten the upper range of the image to that your whites (like the paper) are actually white instead of grey.
