 i was going trough some old photos pressing ctrl-i in ps to see what might be interesting as a negative. found the old image of "zebra", looked great. all i have to do is find a model and arrange a shooting. the problem was that the original image was taken on a bright day. no sun today :( i removed the blinds and used the flash with a soft-box. to get nice shadows the light has to be as far as possible from the blinds and the model as close as possible. took a couple of shots and picked this one for not being to provocative. got couple of nice shots in non-negative mode as well :)

In my opinion this is a good example how you finish high here. Nail the challenge description. Do it creatively both subject and strong technical photography technics. (wish i could do it).....Again Congrats!!!!

Congratulations on the blue, well done. After reading your comments I clicked over to see your outtakes in non negative mode that you spoke of and was saddened to see you have no portfolio up. Nice work with the flash to adapt to the shooting conditions, very creative.

Back to comment: My favorite zebra shot of the challenge. For me, this is one of the best negatives of a B&W in the challenge. I think the negative ended up looking better than the positive (yes I switched it back to see what the contrast was before turning into a negative). Nice job.

Sensational. Oh my goodness. There are just SO many incredible images in this challenge. But this stands out for it's deceptive simplicity. This is a study of lines - straight ones, curved ones, thin ones, thick ones. And of light and shadow. Magnificent.
